About

A practice built on operating experience — not slideware.

Our founding team brings deep experience leading technology innovation while centering human impact and social responsibility, including working together at corporations like Intel and nonprofits like the Ethical AI Governance Group.

Approach

Evidence over architecture.

We believe the architecture of an AI-native organization emerges through iteration. Our job is to help you build the minimum viable foundation — traceability, evaluation, governed access, cost attribution — and then move quickly into validated workflows that compound learning.

We work alongside your team. We don't ship decks; we ship constraint registers, prototype gates, eval baselines, and production proof templates. The first workflow is a readiness instrument as much as a business opportunity.

Founding team

The people behind the practice.
